Le Chef is the combination of leading Meilleur Ouvrier chef Mark Gregory and Dennys, Europe’s oldest chefswear manufacture.
Having opened their eponymous chefswear and uniform store in London’s Soho during the 1850’s. Dennys remained in Soho until 2017 when Dennys moved 500m to a larger store on Berners St, London W1. Le Chef has been made by Dennys since 1993, merging with Dennys in 1997.

Le Chef was founded in 1993, by it’s chef turned designer, former ‘British Chef of the Year’ and ‘Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ member Mark Gregory MCA. With 35 years in the kitchen, a love of innovative detail, incorporating lighter technologically advanced fabrics coupled with design insights and improvements direct from life in the kitchen.
