*Pima cotton is a higher-end type of cotton with a longer fibre than conventional cotton. It has a reputation for producing an ultra-fine, smooth fabric that's soft to the touch, wrinkle-resistant, and ultra-durable by up to 50%. It’s soft feel, is made from long fibres that creates a material that is luxurious, with natural qualities perfect for our finest chefs jackets and shirts range.
This type of fine cotton is named after the Pima, North American Indians who first cultivated the plant near the Gila and Salt rivers in Arizona in the 1700s, but the plant was originally cultivated in Central Peru.
