About the Le Chef site
The Le Chef range of catering garments has been created by a chef, Mark Gregory, for chefs. His attention to detail and knowledge of the environment makes these garments more comfortable and functional for the wearer.
The ranges cover the broad spectrum of the catering activity from the one person outlet to the largest of kitchens. Individuality is catered for with a wide variety of cloths, designs and colourways.
Innovation is brought to the fore with the Staycool® range bringing a new level of comfort with the use of both design and Coomax® fabrics.
We have just introduced a free library covering many areas of kitchen activity, encompassing hygiene, safety, human resources, purchasing and managerial. There are word and excel templates for you to use, alter and adjust to suit your own circumstances. It is our future intention to expand this section, to cover more areas and in greater depth.
There is a Facebook entry to a Chefs Network. This will be a place for you to locate other chefs, ask food questions, find former colleagues and whatever you expand it into!
